Do not deliver, do what they say

I was an uncommon goods perk member and ordered Christmas gifts in Nov 2021. It stated it would ship in 24 hours. Two weeks later received nothing. I went back and forth with them. I needed to send to Europe and they would not give me a straight answer. It stated it was in Dallas 4 hours from my house yet it took over two weeks. I canceled my uncommon goods membership but they said it would continue til May, but will NOT renew. Yet come June 2022 they charge me again for the membership! So beware. The items do not ship when stated and they automatically renew you when it is on NOT! I love their products but not worth all the hassle so goodbye!

Great customer service and products!

The items were as nice as they looked online and arrived quickly. I asked if it was possible to send my order that day or the next one. It was a gift and I needed to receive it asap. I heard back almost immediately and was told they'd do what they could. I received the order two days later! I love that there is attentive customer service from real people, selling great products.

I missed a class that I was scheduled…

I missed a class that I was scheduled for. I reached out to see if I could reschedule the class. I was given a recording of the class so I could watch it whenever. I was very pleased with this solution. Thank you for being so accommodating.

My order at gotten lost in transit and I called customer service about it. They were great and had another item sent right away in time for my nephew's birthday! Thank you again!

Great customer service …

The customer rep was extremely helpful and pleasant throughout the entirety of our live chat. She was able to resolve my problem in a timely manner and was very thorough in her handling of the situation. I was very pleased with the customer service that I received.

Unable to edit or cancel orders

I ordered a customized cutting board and attempted to cancel my order within 5 minutes of making the order. (It took me that long to understand that I had to resort to an email) They informed me that I am unable to make a cancelation or an edit to my order and that I would be charged in full and the erroneous order delivered.
A true joke of a company. There are many better alternatives.
